For the trimming of steel castings, because of their high hardness and complex shape, the trimming machine with high pressure of 60T-200T is generally used for production, which is mainly used for trimming. In addition, the steel castings will be fixed on the upper mold after trimming, so the requirements for machine functionality are higher than those of aluminum or magnesium alloy die castings. For the trimming of steel castings, our company also has a corresponding new servo hydraulic trimming machine.

Currently, small and medium-sized cast steel parts are generally cut by 2-4 parts at the same time, using manual loading and unloading. However, the trimming machine should work with high frequency and high pressure, so the ordinary trimming machine often has many problems such as unstable operation, oil leakage, vibration, high noise, high power consumption, and limited adjustment.
