3. When operating, do not touch the linkage parts of the equipment. The operator must stand in front of the equipment.

4. Turn off the power when it is necessary to replace the mold and tooling.

5. After stopping the operation of the equipment, please clean up the sundries in the work site, pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment, and regularly lubricate and maintain the equipment (the maintenance cycle depends on the frequency of use, and the general cycle is 3 months).

6. In order to prolong the service life of the equipment, please use it reasonably. Do not exceed the marked pressure of the machine tool

7. The factory shall formulate safe operation rules for the workshop according to the standards and the specific conditions of the enterprise. Workers must strictly abide by the safety operation rules formulated by the factory.

8. When the mold is installed and adjusted, the machine tool is repaired, and various faults need to be stopped for troubleshooting, a warning board must be hung beside the machine tool start switch, and the color font of the warning board must be eye-catching. Someone shall monitor the switch if necessary.

9. The machine tool must be inspected regularly by special inspectors, and maintenance or cleaning work is not allowed when the machine tool is started. When the safety protection device is removed, it is forbidden to start the machine.
